We also accept money orders and certified checks. We accept personal checks from U.S. customers with prior approval. Shipping of orders paid for by personal check may be held back until your check clears. For faster delivery, please consider either a certified check, cashier’s check or money order. All funds are in U.S. dollars. Shipping Information Shipping rates are based on total weight of items you purchase and the location of the shipping address. The shipping charge may include a handling fee. When you place an order, shipping charges are shown on the check out web page. All orders within the continental United States are shipped US Postal Service (either priority or parcel post), unless otherwise requested by you at the time you place your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. We will notify you promptly of any back-ordered items. Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Some of our larger items may be shipped in more than one box. We ship from our facility in Michigan. As a rule, selecting a US Postal Service shipping method (parcel post or priority mail) will result in lower shipping costs for smaller weight items or shipping destinations in the midwest and great plains. Heavier weight items (over 25 pounds) and destinations in the east or west may have lower shipping rates using United Parcel Service. Additional shipping and handling charges may be required for oversize items and are noted in the product description. Please note that these additional charges are not shown on your online order form. Our Customer Service Department will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm these additional charges. Please note that estimated days for shipping are after the carrier has received possession of the package and NOT from the time you place your order. Also be aware that UPS does not count weekends and certain holidays in their estimate; the days are "working days". Returned Goods Any item you purchase may be returned for a full refund of the merchandise or exchange within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned items must be unused. If the merchandise arrived as ordered but is not to your liking, we ask that you pay for the return shipping. In order to return an item, follow the instructions included with your shipment. You may also contact us for assistance in returning items. NOTE: Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to a restocking charge. Items subject to a restocking charge are noted in the product description (the page from which you add the item to your shopping cart). Damaged Merchandise Items that are damaged upon receipt can be returned within twenty one (21) days of purchase with original receipt. Please inspect your shipment carefully when your order arrives and notify the carrier immediately if any external damage to the shipment is seen. This step must be done in order to comply with our returned goods policy. Please contact us for assistance with damaged items. We Recycle We care about our environment and recycle cardboard boxes, shipping containers and packing material. So your order may be delivered in a box with markings other than our own. Michigan Sales Tax We are required to collect the Michigan 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Michigan, unless we have a Michigan Sales and Use Tax Certificate of Exemption on file.
