The Polar-Max® Drinker is truly 100% energy free. Nature’s ground water temperature
does the job. This drinker can provide cool, fresh water in summer’s hot sun and
dependable water in sub-zero temperatures. This is one energy-free drinker that actually
works! The drinker can be fitted on existing pads and no heat well is needed. Drinking
cavities are covered by animal friendly flaps; there is no ball or float closures to ice up.
Stainless steel bolts and removable top afford easy access to plumbing. Unique baffles
guard against icing and keep valve operating under severest conditions. Easy to clean.
Stainless steel access plate provides easy access to anti siphoning valve and valve
heater. Notched flanges can be used for anchoring drinker. Sealed bottom keeps out
moisture and rodents. Double wall construction contains hindered amine light stabilizer,
the most effective ultraviolet inhibitor. The key to trouble-free use is to CAREFULLY
READ THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. For this purpose, we recommend using the
HS-SOK10 Shutoff and Drain Kit. Also, you should have sufficient number of livestock to
have drinking activity of at least twice the drinker capacity in a 24-hour period. 18-month
unconditional warranty on valve and 5 year unconditional warranty on all other

A note about shipping...
This item is usually shipped UPS. Be sure that "UPS Ground" is the shipping method selected on the check out
pages. Large orders may be shipped freight; we will quote freight rate when it appears to be the least expensive
shipping method.
The 14, 16 and 20 gallon unit ships in two boxes. The UPS shipping rate shown at the time of check out may not
be correct. If you are ordering any of these units, we may contact you regarding the correct shipping rate prior to
processing your order.
