An economical floating tank de-icer is thermostatically controlled
that operates only when necessary. Closed cell foam is enclosed
in a protective metal housing keeps this de-icer floating on top of
the water. Since the heating elements are unguarded, this de-icer
should NOT be used in plastic tanks (use the Premium Floating
De-Icer or the Convertible De-Icer instead). The power cord is
6-feet long. One year manufacturer warranty. Two sizes available.
